The spacious terrace, with its garden and pool area, offers you an amazing oasis of relaxation and fine living. Garden & Pool area: The property’s entrance leads onto a large, spectacular garden terrace, surrounded by lush Bougainvillea and scented orange trees. The terrace is beautifully ornamented with potted plants and flowers and decorated with statues and bronze sculptures. It has a covered, outside dining area, furnished with a marble topped, iron dining table and 8 chairs. Large umbrellas create shaded areas throughout the garden where needed. A built-in bench lines the terrace while small coffee tables and iron chairs allow for cocktail space and extra seating. The beautifully designed pool (10 x 5 meters) is set in the garden. The poolside patio area is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and small glass tables while the opposite side of the pool boasts lush vegetation with flowers, orange, trees and Bougainvillea entirely covering the rocky slopes. A small, covered patio area has a built-in bench and coffee table allowing you to enjoy the views extending out towards Positano the Li Galli islands, and the Mediterranean. Ground Floor: Spacious and elegant living and dining room with high vaulted ceilings and terracotta paved floor, personalized with antique wooden furniture, bronze sculptures, art objects, and decorative lamps. Both areas have large, open fireplaces and French doors that open out onto the terrace. The dining room is furnished with a wooden table and 8 chairs and both the dining room and terrace are ideal places to enjoy the superb meals provided by the cook. The living room has a sofa, 2 small wooden tables, large armchairs, an antique writing desk, TV, DVD and Hi-Fi stereo. The dining room leads to the large, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 electric ovens, a 6-range stovetop, barbecue grill, blender, juicer, refrigerator with ice maker and freezer. Separate laundry room with washing machine. The ground floor is completed with a private study with a library and twin beds, small wardrobe, and writing desk. Small external bathroom with bathtub. There is also a bathroom with a shower for use for poolside guests. The one bedroom annex is accessible from the terrace and boasts wrought iron twin beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and chairs, and a terracotta paved tile floor. A window faces the garden area and a bathroom with small bathtub and window completes the annex. First Floor: 27 steps lead up to two spacious, double bedrooms, each comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed, wooden wardrobe, open fireplace, and telephone. One room enjoys a TV, and chaise lounge/sofa chair and both boast a writing desk, functioning fireplace, and French doors extending out onto a partly covered, panoramic terrace, with breathtaking sea views. The terrace comes with a glass-topped table, 4 chairs and two chaise lounges. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second with a shower, lie adjacent to each bedroom.
