First Floor From street level, entrance is onto a terrace above the property. The large terrace boasts a big, white parasol and a patio with a long rectangular, ceramic table, chairs, and a BBQ. Access to the front door of the first apartment is down 22 steps. Entrance into the living room is through a large, glass arched doorway into the living room, where you find two wide rooms with cupola ceilings, a picture window that looks out to the sea, a fireplace, and cotto tile floor. It is elegantly furnished as the right side there enjoys the living room with a white sofa and two armchairs, Plasma TV, Internet with DSL, cable TV, and High-Tech Stereo System with music in every room (including the bathroom). There is also a silent air conditioning/heating system. On the left side there is an open space kitchen, with a very large fridge sized ‘American’, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The bathrooms and kitchens have a mix of antique and modern block of travertine sinks carved entirely by hand and eighteenth century Neapolitan bricks. The master bedroom has a four poster bed with a small terrace with sea view. The room has a fitted white wardrobe and a desk equipped with a computer with access to the Internet, a printer, and a fax machine. The bathroom has walls painted in the Venetian spatula style and a handmade Vietri tile floor with shower. The second bedroom is an internal bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined to make a king size bed. The wall opposite the beds has a fitted white wardrobe with drawers. The bedroom opens into a spacious, hand painted ochre Venetian spatula walled bathroom and a Vietri-ceramic tiled floor. There is a shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Second Floor 20 steps up provide access to the second apartment enjoying a large garden and patio with a long rectangular ceramic table and chairs. A pergola shaded by canvas and cotton curtains, with view of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea await. Entrance to the apartment is through a door leading directly into the living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with two white sofas and the living area is separated by a large wood dining table. The kitchen enjoys a travertine marble sink, dishwasher, and retro-style refrigerator. The master bedroom has breathtaking sea views through an all glass arched wall. There is a queen size bed and a built-in closet with drawers. The bathroom is hand painted using a hand-made Venetian spatula technique and boasts Vietri ceramic tiled floor. There is a bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Pool Area The pool deck is accessed by 24 steps and leads you to a terrific infinity pool that gives the impression of being able to swim on the sea horizon. The fourth terrace is a beautiful limonaia lemon tree terrace, suspended over the sea and surrounded only by orchards and vineyards. This part of the house is equipped with a BBQ, small ceramic, round table with chairs, and the infinity pool. There is a mini-bar fitted in the wall next to the swimming pool and there are lounge chairs and a shower for your enjoyment.
