First Floor: Villa Melanie enjoys direct access from the ground floor into a bright and super-panoramic living & dining room with access to the panoramic, sea-view veranda. Views of the Mediterranean and Positano abound. The ground floor boasts the brand-new kitchen a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace; the second with en-suite bathroom with shower and great sea views. Ground Floor: The ground floor enjoys three more double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Annex: The sixth bedroom is located off of the entrance to the main living room, up an external flight of 10 steps. As an added bonus, apart from access through the main property entrance, the annex also enjoys its own separate entrance to/from the property.
