Villa Olga

The villa, which dates back to the ’60s, was built according to the project of a famous Italian architect. The architecture and its furniture mirrors this period while The Saracenic Tower was built in 14th century to protect the area from invaders’ attacks. The two properties share a terrace and the parking area which can host up to 10 cars and guests are provided with golf carts to drive up and down from the villa to the parking area. Property Details: The main villa is built on three levels: ground floor, upper floor and basement. All rooms enjoy air conditioning and heating. To enter the Villa, you have to walk a small path in the garden which will bring you to the terrace and to the entrance door. The terrace is a beautiful area well equipped with sofas, armchairs, and a table where outdoor dining is possible. The terrace is covered to protect from bad weather and enjoys a beautiful sea front views, which is one of the peculiarities of the villa. Ground Floor: Passing through the glass entrance door you find yourself in the large living room. The area is divided into three open spaces: on one side the fireplace with sofa and TV (with DVD player), in the middle area a big light blue sofa facing the sea, while the third zone is the dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The industrial kitchen is equipped with a four range stovetop, grill, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, wine refrigerator, and meat slicer. The living room and the kitchen are connected by an outdoor dining terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A second external area with external charcoal grill is located off the back of the kitchen. Upper Floor: Twenty steps up from the ground floor brings you to the first floor. Here you find the master bedroom and a double bedroom. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the floor, completely independent, both with private bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a four poster bed, a writing desk with bookshelf, and arched ceilings. There is also a walk-in closet and the bathroom with bathtub. The double bedroom is located in front of the laundry and enjoys access to a small terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a shower. Basement: A long corridor with arched ceilings brings you to the lowest floor of the villa. Here we find two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, all with private bathroom with a shower and small walk-in closet. The last of these double rooms has direct access to the pool area. Pool: (4x20 mt) The beautiful, saltwater infinity pool boasts amazing sea-views. The large pool deck enjoys a sun deck and a small covered space with a daybed. The pool leads down several steps to two dressing rooms with four showers an one bathroom. From a small window in one of the dressing rooms you can see inside the pool. Guest Bedroom: Down a flight of stairs from the pool terrace leads to a guest bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The Tower: Built in the 14th century by the Saracens to avoid pirates’ attacks, the Tower is completely surrounded by lemon trees and Mediterranean gardens. Completely renovated, the Tower is more modern in its furniture and offers breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast and its blue and green sea. In the Tower we find the living room (with fireplace, TV, DVD player) and the kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a five range stovetop, a griddle, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and bread toaster. On a lower floor, the beautiful dining room with stone walls and a terrace with wrought iron tables and chairs offers amazing sea views and access to an external terrace with various coffee tables and chairs. The first floor of the Tower boasts the bedroom Suite with double bed furnished with antique pieces and enjoys air conditioning. From the corridor of the bedroom, you have access to yet another terrace and to the solarium (roof terrace). The terrace has an external shower and the en-suite bathroom has a shower and coastal view. The Tower also enjoys an external dining area with oval table and chairs. Tower Guest Bedroom: Located next to the Tower lies yet another double bedroom with bathroom with shower which can be used for larger groups. Pool: The tower has access to two small, connected pools surrounded by a small garden. The area is equipped with sun beds and a hammock.
