The Villa has 3 connected floors and a dependence with its own independent entrance from the garden. The property is simple and if it is a true luxury home you are looking for, this is not the right property. All bedrooms do, however, enjoy with air conditioning. Entrance is through a private gate taking you to a driveway, bringing you to the parking lot. The lot is easily large enough for 3 cars, but the driveway can fit even more. The right hand side of the lot is located directly across from the access to the first living room. Independent from the main villa, this living room boasts 3 large panoramic-windows, two sofas on each side of the room, a TV and stereo, all set on Vietri ceramic tile floors. The Villa’s dependence is found out the back end of the first living room. The first twin bedroom is found to the right and boasts a small table, dresser, and panoramic window. The bathroom with shower is not en-suite. A double bedroom is located on the left hand side of the dependence entrance and boasts a dresser, bedside tables, a panoramic window, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Ground Floor: The main entrance to the Villa is found to the right of the dependence. The spacious dining room is found upon entrance to the villa and boasts a fireplace, an ADSL internet connection (no computer provided), and a wood dining table with chairs. The dining room leads to the first large terrace, offering stunning views of the coast. The terrace is composed of a lounge area with wicker sofas and wicker armchairs, all furnished with pillows. The terrace is also composed of a loggia ideal place for an outdoor meal and is furnished with a wrought- iron, Vietri ceramic table with chairs, suitable for 12 people. From the terrace you have access to the kitchen, fully furnished with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher machine, and a table with chairs for four. A small bathroom is located next to the kitchen. First Floor: The first floor (found down a set of 22 steps) boasts 3 double bedrooms. The first bedroom is the Master, boasting pink ceramic floors, a baldachin wrought-iron bed, a dresser, and a white leather sofa. The bathroom is not en-suite, but is large and enjoys a bathtub/shower, furnished with a dresser, green ceramic floors and a large, panoramic window. Seven wood steps up lead to the second two, double bedrooms, which are connecting. The first boasts a double bed, with 2 end tables and a dresser, while the second, also a double, enjoys a dresser, end tables, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Second Floor: Access to the second floor (which is actually 17 steps below the first floor), opens into a small living area, with two sofas and a table. A fourth double bedroom with baldachin wrought-iron bed is located here. The bedroom is simple in style, furnished with two dressers and green ceramic tile floors. The bathroom is not en-suite and is located along the corridor. It enjoys a stone shower. The corridor leads to a second panoramic terrace, furnished with a wrought-iron, ceramic table and chairs, located under lemon trees. 15 steps leads you to a gate which provides easy access to the main coastal road where the comfort of a coastal bus stop, going in the directions of Salerno and Amalfi/Positano, is located. Terraces and Solarium: The terrace enjoys a small walking path with 20 steps that lead to the upper edge of the villa, characterized by several levels of terraces. Seven steps leads to the first terrace in this area, a shaded area fully furnished with a wrought-iron, ceramic table and chairs for 12 with lounge chairs set up all over the place. Five steps more leads to a second terrace with the outdoor Jacuzzi, from which 14 more steps leads you to the highest terrace of the Villa, where the outdoor swimming pool is located. This area boasts sun lounge chairs, a changing room, and a shower. This part of the Villa can also be reached by walking up 18 steps from the private parking lot..
