Entrance to the two-story property is from the main road along a short private driveway. Ground Floor: 19 steps lead up to the main floor of the villa. Entrance is into a roomy and large, airy living room, elegantly furnished with green tile floors, large sofas and couches placed all around an open marble fireplace, a large, glass coffee table, and decorated with lots of precious lamps, paintings and ceramic vases. There is a crystal dining table with a wood base and elegant wood chairs seats 6. The living room features lots of lamps, large vases & flowerpots, a small corner bar, and panoramic windows with coordinating curtains opening onto a panoramic terrace with spectacular views. This terrace is equipped with a wrought iron table with ceramic top for 6 and wrought iron chairs. A second French window opens onto a lateral terrace with great sea views. The kitchen can be reached from the living room but also from the terrace, making it easy and pleasant to organize outdoor meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table for 4-8 people, a 4-range stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, and freezer. The kitchen has a door leading to the terrace situated in a delightful angle, surrounded by pine trees and mature violet bougainvillea. You will find this terrace perfect for outdoor meals, situated in front of the breathtaking seascape. The terrace enjoys a big table for outdoor meals, shaded by awnings. An elevator is located next to the kitchen. The elevator goes up to the first floor, where there are a series of bedrooms, and to the large terrace on roof, from where a flight of steps takes you to the pool deck.
