From the main entrance you access the dining area, furnished with a glass table and 4 seats, the kitchen is fully furnished with 4 stoves, oven and fridge. 4 steps down lead to the living room, furnished with white sofas, fireplace and Plasma TV. On the right hand side there is the twin bedroom, with bunk beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine. The Master bedroom is found on the first floor, through a flight of 14 steps, with queen size bed and en-suite shower bathroom. From the living room you get access to the veranda, well equipped with sofa and couches, a table with 4 seats for ‘al fresco’ dining, wall BBQ, gym area with treadmill and bicycle. 10 steps down there is a solarium and a Jacuzzi for 4 people, 4 steps down there is the third double bedroom, queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From the solarium there are 6 steps down that lead to the garden and direct access, through a gate, to the sandy beach. A complex swimming pool for adults and children is available. The property is fully air-conditioned.
