The three level beach house, totaling of 270 sq. m., is located in a residential area, in a 5000 sq. m. plot, twenty minutes away from the international airport “El. Venizelos,” and about an hour away from the city of Athens. The house was designed by renown architect Perikles Sakelarios, is made out of stone, and comes fully equipped, along with contemporary paintings and lithographs. On the first level, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a fire place, and a second bedroom with a single bed, plus a bathroom in between. On the second level, there are also two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and a fireplace, and the other with a double one, plus a bathroom in between. All bedrooms have windows facing the sea. On the last level you will find the sit-in kitchen, plus the living room with its fire place. On each side of the living room, there are windows, one 7m wide facing the sea, and the other leading to the courtyard. Also on the lower level, you can find a smaller courtyard with a stone path leading straight to the sea. Also on this level you can find an extra room with two beds, plus a wc. The house is also very close to the port of Lavrio, from where you can take the boat for a daily cruise to the nearby island of Kea (Tzia), admire the sunset from the Temple of Sounio, or simply enjoy a excellent meal by the sea port. For the more adventurous people, a daily trip to Delphi, or even to the islands of Hydra and Poros is also possible.
