Villa Hermes

The lovely Villa Hermes is directly waterfront, situated just 10 feet from the water’s edge, set in an extremely peaceful and residential area of the Sorrento Coast. The villa is great for large groups as it is next door to Villa Tropic offering the opportunity for both to be rented to large parties. Hermes also boasts a lovely 4.5 x 10 meter pool. A flight of 16 steps from the car garage (offering two covered and one open parking spaces) leads you to a spacious outdoor area equipped with a covered dining area for 6 on one side and 6 sun lounge chairs lined around the pool on the other. This spacious terrace, decorated with wonderful Bougainvillea, boasts a spectacular view of the Bay of Naples with the Islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida at your fingertips. The patio also boasts a small sitting area for relaxing and taking in the wonderful views. The main patio accesses the living/dining room that is completed with all the required comforts: air-conditioning, Satellite-TV, telephone, stereo with CD player, a dining table for 6, and a fireplace. The kitchen enjoys its own access to the outdoor dining area and is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric teapot, and dishwasher. The living room accesses the first double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. A small bedroom with twin beds is located just a few steps away. The bedrooms are all simply furnished, but very comfortable. To the right of the corridor you can find a staircase that leads down to the laundry (13 steps). There is a separate block with its own access from the outside where a third double bedroom and bathroom are located. Villa Hermes boasts direct beach access reachable by a private staircase (60 steps). The beach deck is equipped with a sunshade and lounge chairs. Here you can find a changing room and a bathroom with shower which is very convenient. The small characteristic village of Marina del Lobra, with its lovely beach, is just 1 km from here. The marina & beach are easily reachable on foot.
