The entrance to the property is through a private gate situated off of the main road and staff housing is situated right inside the gate. The long, stone driveway could house at least a half-dozen cars, if not several more. This 10-bedroom property, situated on 4 floors, offers video surveillance, an internal elevator, and an incredibly large swimming pool. The entrance to the property is up a small flight of marble steps, into a foyer/study, which is equipped with a wireless laptop, computer for guests’ use, telephone, fax, and decorated in an African motif, with large columns and urns. The study feeds into a library through a set of 10-foot high wooden doors, placing you in a room filled with large, comfortable reading chairs and Satellite TV. The library also feeds out onto the large pool patio and the entire first floor enjoys wireless Internet. The large, white stucco dining room, situated on the opposite side of the entrance foyer, is situated down a flight of marble steps and boasts a large dining table for 20 and working fountain. The dining room, which also holds lots of plants and floral, leads into a very large living room with marble fireplace, large urns, sofas and large reading chairs – a very comfortable living room in white tile and white décor. The living room leads into the kitchen, which has beautiful blue and white tile floors and walls, an ‘L-shaped’ island kitchen with copper pot ware, a pizza oven, double convection and standard ovens, two, 5-range stovetops, meat slicer, toaster, blender, large refrigerator with freezer unit with ice maker, espresso machine, American coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also enjoys a small, round dining room table for four. The bedrooms are situated on the top 3 floors, with 2 dependànces in the garden area, all equipped with small mini-bar refrigerators, small tea set, Satellite TV, telephone, closet, and dresser, with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, four on the first floor, two on the second floor, and two garden dependànces. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, ceramic tile floors, and all enjoy marble sinks and fixtures. Four of the 10 bedrooms have French double beds and a pull out couch in a small sitting area. Two of the bedrooms can be converted into twin beds, while the two bedrooms on the second floor are considered the master bedrooms, as one is roughly 400 square feet and the second boasts a large, private terrace, although all bedrooms have some type of view (some out over the garden, some over the pool, etc.). All bedrooms enjoy hi-speed Internet connections in bedrooms, but guests will need to connect their computers (computers not provided). All bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms (four with showers, five with Jacuzzi bath/shower units, and one with both shower and separate shower unit. Bathrobes and toiletries provided. The large pool and pool deck offers several different lounge and relax areas where guests can sit, dine, sunbathe, and enjoy cocktails. The patio is equipped with various arranges of sofas, chairs, umbrellas, and chaise lounges.
