The main building, owned for centuries by one Roman Aristocratic Family, dates back to 1400 and was restructured with loving care during 1996 – 1998, while additional construction was added between the 18th and 19th century, transforming the building into a splendid holiday villa in Italy. The villa, situated on 10 hectares of land and 15000 square feet of garden space, has 18 elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with different colours and decors, and may sleep up to 35 guests. It can be rented as a whole and, for your relaxing moments, a large swimming pool equipped with sun beds and gazeboes offers abundant shade, which is a perfect heaven to rest or contemplate the breathtaking view offered by our luxury villa in Italy. Richly lit by many windows, the halls of this marvellous Tuscan home still present their original floors and ancient furnishings, in an atmosphere of timeless magic. Elegant evenings to the light of a candle’s flame, dinners under the stars, large rooms with many fireplaces, and dining rooms with scenic views of the characteristic hillside, all become wonderful backdrops to your Tuscany events. The bedrooms have kept intact the atmosphere of an ancient charming house and each day they will make you feel new emotions, since each one has different colours and decors that match perfectly with the warm tones of the fabrics and curtains. The spacious villa has 13 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and sleeps 25 guests. Upon request, you can also rent the dependence, which sleeps 6 guests (suite + 2 bedrooms) in its comfortable, spacious bedrooms, and the owner’s private apartment, which accommodates 4 guests (2 bedrooms), for a total of 35 guests.
