Villa Carola is a one – storey villa and it is a true luxury, modern villa of exceptional beauty and incomparable sea-view boasting an amazing garden and a flow-through extra-large swimming pool that coupled with large floor to ceiling windows infuses a sensation of infinity between interior and exterior. Through the kitchen we reach a studio room with a double sofa bed, couches, wall Plasma TV, fire place, guest toilet, fax and telephone. Next to the studio there is the first double bedroom with parquet floor, queen size bed, Plasma TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. This area can be converted into a small family studio sharing one bathroom. On the left hand side of the main entrance a wide living and dining room (140 sqm) encased in glass walls on both sides affording a sensation of infinity space between the exterior and the interior together with the swimming pool that peacefully flows through the room peering from underneath the glassed floor. The dining area has a rectangular –shaped glass table with 12 seats while the living provides large and comfortable white sofas and a large, wall TV. A glassed wall, narrow corridor following the swimming pool line and shape connects the day area with the night unit where at the far end a guest toilet with shower is located. This night area comprises of 3 bedrooms: The Orange Bedroom is the Master bedroom, with queen size bed, Plasma TV, walking closet, safe, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The Blue Bedroom is a queen size bedroom with Plasma TV, safe, walking closet, en-suite bathroom with shower. The Pink Bedroom is a twin bedroom with French size beds, Plasma TV, safe, walking closet, working corner, en- suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms open onto the magnificent garden. The guest house is located a few steps through the garden and a stairs of 10 steps down, it features 2 beautifully appointed double bedrooms with queen size beds, closets and en-suite shower bathroom. They both open onto the fully equipped patio. An additional double bedroom is located nearby beneath the gym room affording a magnificent mountain view and it features a queen size bed, closet and en-suite shower bathroom. The room above is a fully equipped, mountain-view gym. The whole property is air-conditioned. The manicured and landscaped garden affords a beautiful sea-view terrace, fully equipped with sun loungers, couches and a bar area ideal for evening cocktails at sun set. Next to it a fully equipped, professional kitchen with electric stove and BBQ area, ideal for both breakfast and al fresco meals. A fully equipped laundry area and a double bedroom with shower bathroom for staff.
