One guest toilet is found on this floor and a fully equipped professional kitchen, with oven, 9 range stoves, microwave, Italian Espresso Coffee Maker, 2 American size fridge with ice maker and dishwasher. They all open onto the outdoor terraces and verandas with 2 lounge areas fully furnished with sofa and couches, ‘ al fresco’ dining table for 10 people, BBQ area, a sea-view swimming pool ( 15 x 4 m), solarium with sun beds and other outdoor areas to relax. On the first floor, up to a flight of 19 steps, there is an extra-large, sea-view Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, Plasma TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and a furnished private terrace. The fourth queen size double bedroom is next to the Master bedroom, with TV, walking closet and en- suite bathroom with shower. A luggage storage room is located between the two bedrooms. Villa Blossom has a guest house that is found through 17 steps down from the main terrace. One queen sized double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower. One staff bedroom with 2 bunk beds is located in the guest house and has en-suite bathroom with shower. While the main unit is fully air-conditioned and has internet connection the guest house bedrooms have no A/C, no TV and no internet connection. The laundry is found 10 steps down from the main terrace, it has washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. This area is accessible to the villa staff.
