Olympus view villa

This villa is situated in a wonderful green area with the view on the Aegean sea, whose waves extend towards the mount Olympus. The owner of the house was inspired by the beautiful sea waves whilst doing his research on architectural projects. As a result, the house’s external façade is directed towards the sea and the lines of the swimming pool are constructed in a wave-like manner. It presents the structure with originality, elasticity and ease. When you enter the house, you find yourself in a spacious foyer, which is made of stone, embellished with paintings and furnished with light-coloured sofas and armchairs. There is also a large table, which is capable to accommodate the entire family and guests. The same floor contains a trendy kitchen, a hallway with sizeable sideboards and a toilet. When you walk down the spiral staircase, you enter the living-rooms, each made in different styles. In order to maintain privacy, this level has its own tiny kitchen and a living-room. All three rooms include lavatories. When you open the door on the balcony, you can feel the desire to dive into the large swimming pool. The third level is intended to accommodate the owners of the house and their children. Both room for the little princess and lively young man, and the bedroom of the couple are full of light. Because of their wide-opening balcony doors, the room looks massive. This part also has its own lavatory. The house has preserved the laws of feng shui, which were observed by the wife of the owner. Therefore, not only the visible side of the house is well thought through, but also the side, which is not evident at first glance. The air in this neighbourhood is remarkably fresh. Guests can enjoy barbeque and conversations next to fire whilst sitting on the stony plaza and listening to the sound of the local forest. The wooden chairs are very comfortable. The region of Khalkidhiki does not have factories as the local authorities put great value into the environment. Apart from that, Sani Resort, in which the villa is situated, has selected shores with marvellous green fields, clean beaches and calm bays. It is possible to say that the region’s serenity comes from the fact that until recently the area belonged to monks from the Athos’ monastery. Today, it enjoys the real Dolce Vita with rich kitchen, yacht parking, Spa centre and a chain of beach bars.
