The informal entrance into the house is through the Tuscan style kitchen, complete with hand-made cotto tile floor and wood-beam ceilings. The kitchen enjoys all your culinary needs, from its double oven and 5-range stovetop, to its large refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, blender, & water cooler. The kitchen branches off in one direction, into the small wash room with a washing machine for your use, and, in the other direction, into the dining room. The dining room has a long wood dining table for 10, a large fireplace, hand-made cotto tile floors, and is accented by a hanging chandelier. The light and airy dining room offers windows looking out over portions of the property. The dining room leads to the study, which offers a fax machine, printer, computer, & stereo for guests use. The main living room, located off of the study, is a comfortable space with lots of windows looking out over the pool deck and front of the property. The living room is an open format with Moroccan-motif furniture, a second sitting area with several small couches placed in front of the large, stone fireplace, and a set of double storm doors that open out directly to the pool deck. The main entrance foyer, located next to the television and entertainment room, is off of the central living room and functions as the formal entrance into the house. The TV room offers several sofas and a flat-screen projector, satellite TV. This two story villa boasts all of the bedrooms on the second floor, which are reachable by a flight of stairs located off of the main entrance of the property. There is a billard table and billiards room found directly at the top of the staircase, then two bedroom corridors off of which all of the bedrooms lie. The billiards room offers scenic windows with views out over the property and direct entrance out onto a scenic patio terrace which overlooks the front of the house and the pool deck. The patio terrace boasts a wicker living room with several small couches, benches, and chairs for relaxing or socializing. The left corridor hosts two bedrooms. The first is a queen with en-suite bath with separate glass shower and bathtub, views out over the pool deck, and direct access out onto the patio terrace. The second is an en-suite queen with fireplace and ensuite bath with separate bathtub and shower facilities. Both bedrooms enjoy parquet floors and 15-foot high, wood-beam ceilings. The right bedroom corridor hosts a twin bedroom with ensuite bath with shower, a second and third twin bedroom (one with en-suite bath with separate shower and bathtub facilities), and a fourth double bedroom. The double bedroom and one of the twins share an external bathroom with separate shower and bathtub facilities. Riding Stable, Clubhouse, & Golf Course: The riding stable clubhouse boasts a large living room area with several couches, large sofa chairs, a very large stone fireplace, billiards table, stereo system, dining area, kitchen, sauna, and bathroom. A great, 9-hole golf course is completely private, part of this immense estate, and is at guests’ use during their stay. Golf carts and clubs can be provided. The property is a simple style; straightforward Tuscan villa, however, the pool deck and the immense property, riding stables, and private golf course separate it from anything else on or off the market.
