The ambiance is full of natural light and is approximately 7000 sq feet (700 sq meters) on three levels. The large and elegant living areas provide an unforgettable experience of a true Italian lifestyle. The main body consists of a large hall on two levels, which dominates the central part of a large 360° fireplace. The entrance to the villa opens onto the living room with the central fireplace and two, large couches which are so large and comfortable that they could also be used as extra bedding if necessary. The ambience is a mix of modern and oriental with parquet and concrete floors. Half of the living room is on a semi-raised level where an oval dining table for 8 and a billiards table lay.

The living room boarders the large kitchen, which is a great cooking space, equipped A large indoor grill, 5 range stovetop, a double oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster, TV, and a large, rectangular dining table for 14. The kitchen leads down a flight of steps to a storage room that boasts extra refrigerators and freezers so there is more than plenty of space to stock ones goods. The kitchen also opens, on the opposite side, onto a very large outdoor area featuring a large BBQ, comfortable and user-friendly seating and an outdoor table for 12 people where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while looking at the surrounding panorama. At the center of the garden is the large and elegant infinity pool, harmoniously situated in its natural surroundings. A large umbrella providing in the shade is mounted on the lawn as well as sun lounge chairs placed poolside. There is a beautiful external patio shaded by a pergola and a garden with cork trees, cypresses, oaks, olive trees, and Mediterranean bushes with large flowers and scented essences. 
 
The lower part of the hall opens onto a comfortable outdoor area overlooking the great lawn and the outdoor pool. On the same floor, down two steps, lies the master bedroom with private access to a quiet veranda where guests can relax in the hot summer afternoons. There is also a second bedroom (a single room) and a second, external bathroom. On the top level lies a second living room with a comfortable home-video system with a 50‘’ HD Plasma TV and Dolby Surround, cable TV and DVD player. There is a double bedroom with private bathroom with a terrace overlooking the hills, a second double, and a twin room with two beds, perfect for children. This 4th and 5th bedroom share an external bathroom with shower. The bottom floor consists of a mini-apartment bedroom that can sleep 3, with a double bed, small dining area and kitchenette, sofa bed, and along with a full bathroom, perfect for guest staff. There is also a separate, large laundry room with dryer. As if this were not enough, there is a full, heated indoor pool with 5 large skylights providing natural light and a Jacuzzi setting to create an even more relaxing swim.
