Entrance onto the property is off a small side road, situated in a residential beach area. A private, electric gate takes you down a small pine tree lined driveway. The grounds are very spacious and gardens abound, filled with mixed floral, tall trees, and natural, peaceful sounds abounding. There is a large, covered gravel parking area for 5 vehicles and a enough external parking for an additional 7 or 8 cars outside. The front patio (which can be covered for external dining) brings you up 8 steps onto a large, beautiful terrace with an external living room and dining area with rectangular table for 8. The property is found on a very large piece of land, with lots of gardens, a large orchard, and small spice garden. The four-story villa is a wonderfully comfortable beach house, beautifully furnished and offers an amazing air of relaxation, home, and summer breeze. Top Floor: The top floor of the house is a neat, kids loft bedroom. There are two single beds (one is a sofa bed) a dresser, small sink, board games, and a small refrigerator. The colors and décor were created as a space for children and there is lots of natural sunlight coming through the retractable sunroof. There is also an en-suite, ceramic tile bathroom with a shower. Second Floor: The second floor is the main sleeping area and is lined with beautiful, white parquet floors. There are 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a 7th, loft bedroom (single bed) with an external full bath with shower. All of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor (except for the single bedroom) have queen size beds. Four of the en-suite bathroom enjoy bathtubs with large shower heads, the other three en-suite bathrooms have showers. The first bedroom is designated as a kid’s bedroom, enjoying bright, pastel colors (pinks & blues) and great views out onto the garden. There is a queen size bed, several dressers, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is in a dark, aqua-marine motif with a queen size bed, a dresser, oak furniture, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and large shower head, and great views of garden. The third bedroom is also a queen double with a beautiful, Moroccan motif chandelier as its centerpiece. Two of the bedrooms on this floor access their own, private terrace overlooking the back deck and garden. The back patio boasts lots of seating room, a large, oval dining table for 10, a large, external living room area with lots of lounge chairs and sofa chairs. The back garden boasts a private path, about 300 yards long, leading you directly through the woods to the enormous sand beach that continues for miles. The villa enjoys a private cabana about 100 feet from the beach, which is a great, super-private area for relaxing, eating, or sunbathing. The cabana has an outdoor shower and clothes rack where you can leave your wet towels and bathing suits; there is a stove and small refrigerator, hammocks, sun umbrella, dining table for 6, and enough lounge chairs for the beach for everyone in the house. The staff can also serve lunch at the cabana on request. Ground Floor: The main entrance into the villa is through the entrance patio (which can be enjoyed for evening dining, which leads into the main foyer of the villa and the kitchen. There kitchen is a great space with all of the trimmings; an island-marble, table for preparation, a flat-screen TV, microwave, large 6-range stovetop, a double oven, a large refrigerator/freezer, and a small storage room. There is also a ½ bath directly in front of the entrance to the kitchen The main living room of the house is divided into a square with various areas to relax or mingle; various areas with couches, chairs, a dining table for 6, a large flat-screen TV, DVD-player, and a fireplace. The main living room leads out onto the back patio and garden area. There is also a double bedroom (twin beds) with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate study with a desk and several chairs on the ground floor. There is air conditioning everywhere and wireless internet. One housekeeper is included in the rental fee, 4 hrs/day included. The head housekeeper lives onsite in a separate quarter. 230 kilowatts of electricity included. Dependance: The villa also boasts a comfortable guest apartment around the side of the house (attached to the house), enjoying 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) each with en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and large shower head, the second with a built-in shower).
