This three-story house enjoys great views & portable air conditioning in all bedrooms. Entrance into the villa is into its foyer where, to the right, you immediately find a twin bedroom with external shower with bathtub/shower. The bedroom has direct access out onto the side terrace where there is a large, rectangular dining table for 12 and a comfortable sitting/living room area. The top floor of the villa boasts hand-made cotto-tile floors, twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and a built in closet. The second floor is the main sleeping area with bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms, one with an external full bathroom). All of the bedrooms are queen bedded, but can be converted into twin beds, all have great views, and all of the bathrooms on the second floor have bathtub/showers. Two of these bedrooms look out over the back garden and swimming pool, one looks out over the neighboring hilltop town, and one looks out over the main entrance of the property. The main entrance of the villa, after going through the foyer, leads to a corridor taking you, to the right, to the main internal dining area, straight ahead, to the living room, and to the left, to the kitchen and laundry room. The main dining room boasts a large, stone fireplace and plenty of table/chair combinations depending on size of group renting the property. The dining area accesses the side patio which enjoys a large, rectangular dining table for 12 and a comfortable sitting/living room area. The kitchen, with a double oven, refrigerator/freezer, separate freezer unit, microwave, 5-range stovetop, a second 4-range stovetop, and double sink, also enjoys a small dining table for 6. The living room is a comfortable space with a large sofa and several chairs and a small ‘poker table’ with 4 chairs. This room overlooks the back garden and pool. It leads to the beautiful library/living room that has a large fireplace, grand piano, two large three-cushion sofas, several large chairs, a surround sound system and DVD player. The nicely cured, back garden enjoys a covered seating area and a large pool deck with swimming pool, sun lounge chairs, a dining area, sun umbrellas, and a small cabana. There is also a laundry room with 2 washing machines and ironing facilities, a fax machine and computer with wireless internet connection. The property is not on beach, but boasts a completely private, gated park (which is part of the property) only a 10-min drive away. This park enjoys a private path (for villa guests only) which leads to a large, sand beach and a private cabana (stated directly before the beach). The cabana offers large picnic tables where lunch can be served (villa staff can prepare lunch at the beach cabana on request) and offers a very nice, semi-private beachfront area to enjoy.
