Villa Duchess

The marble staircase on the ground floor leads directly to the first floor where the first double bedroom (with a queen bed) with en suite bathroom is situated. There is a sitting area with sofa, writing-desk and wardrobe. On the same floor you will find a dining room (with a table for 8), a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and toaster) and a large living room which boasts six windows on three sides and is furnished with a big sofa, two easy-chairs, four arm-chairs, and a chaise lounge. There is a TV, stereo with CD player, DVD player and a bar. A set of wooden stairs leads to the upper floor consisting of a double bedroom (with a queen bed) with en suite bathroom, a writing-desk, three chairs, and two chests of drawers. Another two bedrooms – a double and a twin – share a bathroom (tub with fixed shower head) which is reached through the sitting room. All the bathrooms boasts handmade Vietri ceramic tiles. The sitting room is furnished with a satellite TV and CD player, sofa, and a writing desk. All of the floor’s windows overlook the main garden and the villa’s facade. Garden: The garden boasts a barbeque/grill zone, a patio with a wooden table, ten chairs, six deck-chairs, and a nice pool (9 x 6 meters). A dressing room with pool towels (changed twice a week), extra chairs, and a small refrigerator is accessible from the garden. Other facilities, like a soccer field (located within the private park), 3 mountain bikes, and a spacious parking are also available. There is also a private chapel located close to the Duchess apartment and Venice is just a 40 min drive from the property.
