GROUND FLOOR: Entrance to Villa Tiziana leads into a hall from where you can have access onto a very large living room furnished with leather sofas and tables, ideal for relaxing or staying together indoor. From the living room there is also access into the dining room with a large wooden dining table. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dishing washer included, for staff use only. From the living room a sliding glass door gives access onto a terrace which also has a covered area. This terrace offers a great view onto the Sea towards Ischia Porto and is has tables and chairs where it will be possible to for example enjoy breakfast outside. 2 double bedrooms with private bath are located on this floor FIRST FLOOR: Accessible from the entrance hall by a flight of 20 steps. The villa features totally 6 double bedrooms (of which two are located on the ground floor) with private bathroom with shower or bathtub. Some of the rooms have access onto balconies and also has a small suite area before you enter the bedroom. One of the bedrooms is a wonderful master bedroom: its large with a sofa area and access by a glass door onto a private terrace which looks over the Bay of Ischia Porto and the Sea. Part of the terrace is divided by a patio and it’s furnished with tables and chairs. The master bedroom has a corridor with wardrobes, which leads onto a large private bathroom with round bathtub and a mirror wall was well as a double sink. On this floor there is also a studio area with a writing desk and a computer with internet connection, at clients disposal. SECOND FLOOR: On the villa’s second floor there is access onto an unfurnished top floor terrace with a shower corner. BOTTOM FLOOR: From the hall at the ground floor a flight of 20 steps leads down to the bottom floor where there is a “Taverna” with a bar corner and chairs and tables for comfortable sitting. From the Taverna and bar area guests can also access to an area leading directly onto the terrace. This is an ideal area for relaxing and enjoying a drink. The other area of the bottom floor gives access onto a Spa area with sauna and shower room. POOL AREA: The pool deck, can be reached from the main entrance or from the Taverna, boasts a very nice pool which is 13 meters long x 4 meters wide and from 1 meter to 2,2 meters deep. The terrace is furnished with two outdoor tables with 10-12 seats and there are comfortable sun lounge chairs and umbrellas. The terrace also has a corner with a covered patio. The pool area also features an outdoor shower.
