This villa was entirely rebuilt and transformed into a modern ù residence with utmost care. The entire area access a beautiful, panoramic wrap-around terrace overlooking the Faraglioni rocks and the Mediterranean, equipped with lounge chairs for peaceful daydreaming. The living room leads to a small, closable corridor that separates the first bedroom wing. The wing enjoys a double bedroom with air conditioning, beautiful blue and white tile floors, a large, 5-door built-in closet, and access to the super-panoramic terrace. There is a separate, en-suite bathroom with small blue and white tile floors and a shower. First Floor: Twelve steps up from the living room lead to the first floor, comprised of a bedroom suite and small living room. The first floor is constructed like a loft, with parquet floors, a double bedroom with 3-door built-in closet and dresser with 10 drawers, and a Phillips CD stereo. The loft boasts a small sitting area with a couch, bookshelf, desk, and en-suite bathroom with small ceramic tiles and a shower. Kitchen: The kitchen, located 6 steps down from the main living room, enjoys a refrigerator with freezer, a 5-range stove top, an oven, ceramic plates, a small counter top, ceramic tile floors, and access to a separate, outdoor dining patio. The outdoor dining area boasts an oval dining table for 8, a large ceramic seating bench, and some of the most panoramic views around.
