Villa Jacinda
The Villa is composed of three levels and the entrance is through an automatic gate which leads to a private car parking area big enough for 2 cars. The huge gardens and terraces, intertwined with walking paths throughout, surround the entire property, allowing guests the opportunity to enjoy pleasant walks. The Gardens are rich with flowers of various colors, lemon & juniper trees, jasmine, cacti, and agaves. Villa Jacinda represents one of the Island’s most naturally elegant properties and guests can admire spectacular sea views from every angle, an old English fortifications from the 8th Century, the neighboring Islands of Ischia and Procida, Capo Miseno, and part of the infamous Villa Damecuta.
GROUND LEVEL
27 steps take you to the main terrace, boasting a covered patio with an open air living area equipped with sofas and couches. A wrought iron and ceramic table and chairs suggest an ideal place for external dining during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This terrace allows entrance into the main villa and a small kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, sink, and refrigerator with freezer. There is a living room and dining room with antique and windows overlooking the deep blue Mediterranean sea. There are a few rooms on the ground floor used as storage and therefore not accessible.
The terrace area on the ground level boasts a swimming pool, reachable up a flight of 7 stone steps up, furnished with sun beds, a table with 6 chairs, and suggesting an ideal place to have an Al Fresco meal. The terrace is characterized with stonewall benches in a white, Mediterranean style. An outdoor stone shower is located close to the pool and another flight of 14 steps brings you to yet another solarium with yet more sun beds, umbrellas, and a shower.
BOTTOM LEVEL
19 steps take you downstairs to a furnished terrace leading to the villas 6 bedrooms, all with independent entrances. All of the bedrooms are similar in size, furnishings, and their Mediterranean style and all boast en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom boasts its own name and the bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs or showers and hairdryers. All bedrooms enjoy air conditioning and a small refrigerator.
Corallo & Ulivo Giallo are double bedrooms with showers, Faraglioni & Edera enjoy bathtubs, and Ulivo Rosso & Piazzetta offer bathtubs with shower attachments.
UPPER LEVEL
Accessed from the main entrance by a flight of 14 stone steps, is the dependànce, boasting a double bedroom with dresser, a small bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and refrigerator/freezer, TV, a table with 4 chairs and a sofa.
