The villa is set in a very nice, panoramic spot, surrounded with lush vegetation and a large private garden. It was built in the beginning of the 19th century, but was completely restored 30 years ago. The whole complex is composed of three independent apartments and a studio. The villa can be rented out as a whole or the apartments can be rented out separately. Garden: Entrance to the property is through a double iron gate along a path leading into the garden with its characteristic marble columns decorated with Bougainvillea. The large garden is full with wild Mediterranean vegetation and its century old trees offer many shady areas. A large patio with a half-oval shaped built-in stone bench with cushions and linen tents creates an intimate and private area in a corner of the garden. The covered dining area found on the patio has a large wooden table with 6 chairs, accessible directly to the kitchen through a set of French doors. The lounge area with built-in stone benches and comfortable cushions, armchairs, and a glass topped table, very inviting for relaxing, lies on the opposite side of the terrace. The apartment is set in a panoramic position with views towards the mountain slopes of the island. Another corner of the terrace is furnished with wooden table and chairs. Ground floor: The terrace leads directly into a nice, spacious living room with arched ceilings, elegantly furnished with antiques and plenty of green plants, completing this comfortable and luxurious ambiance. The parquet, wood floor living room enjoys a large bay window looking out onto the terrace, making it full of light. The dining area has a large dining table, which can be extended for 12 people, couches, a large, glass coffee table, satellite TV, and a lovely fireplace, while a second living room area enjoys a fireplace, satellite TV, two small sofas (one which turns into a single, French bed), a table, several chairs, a fireplace, satellite TV, and direct access to the terrace’s lounge area. There is a dining table with a glass toped table and chairs and a single bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower. First floor. 15 steps lead you up to a double room with a king size bed with Boudoir. The room has two panoramic windows, a TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Studio Jovis: (sleeps 2, 1 bedroom) 20 sqm The small studio apartment lies on the first floor of the villa and consists of a small double bedroom with French bed, with TV and wall mirror, a small kitchenette with refrigerator and 2-range stovetop, wardrobe cabin, and bathroom with shower.
