Entrance into the property is up a flight of 32 steps from the garage (5 parking spaces in various areas, 2 covered) into the entrance foyer with ceramic tile floors, small, round dining table with four chairs, and antique furniture throughout. The entrance foyer leads into the white décor living room, with ceramic tile floors, white chairs, Satellite TV, stereo, and fireplace, which leads out onto the terrace an pool deck. The opposite side of the entrance foyer leads into the kitchen, equipped with a marble dining table for six, copper pot ware, refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a six-range stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, and a fruit juicer. The kitchen accesses a large, external dining area for 10 with ceramic hardtop dining table, situated steps before the beginning of the pool deck. The kitchen leads up a flight of steps to the second floor, where two double bedrooms lay. Both bedrooms located on the second floor are doubles with en-suite bathrooms (one with bathtub with showerhead, the second with shower). One enjoys a sitting room, while the other a small balcony with sun lounge chairs. The entrance foyer also leads straight into a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub with shower head), which spills out into corridor leading to a washroom with a washing machine, and to the first, queen-size double bedroom with sitting room, dresser, and pink tile bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. The bedroom enjoys plenty of windows and light, while it overlooks the pool deck with partial sea-views. The second wing of the villa has two double bedrooms, a twin and a double each with bathrooms. Two of the villa’s bathrooms have shower units, the rest have bathtubs with shower attachment. This wing also enjoys a small, independent kitchen with oven, small refrigerator, toaster, and 4-range stovetop. The living room offers a TV, two sofas, several chairs, and a small, rectangular dining table with 4-6 chairs and has access out onto a small, basic furnished terrace with wicker chairs. This terrace leads you up a flight of steps to an external dining area with oval table with chairs. Pool area: The beautiful pool deck has various seating areas with 6 sun lounge chairs and umbrellas, small sofas, reading chairs, and coffee tables. There is also a small external living room with couches and chairs and spectacular views out over the Mediterranean and the Island of Capri. The pool deck also enjoys a small garden area with lots of various floral and trees (orange trees, Bougainvillea, grapes, olives, figs, pomegranates, and palm trees) and an 10 meters long x 4.5 meters wide x 0.95 meter deep pool (with daily pool maintenance). Beach Access: Guests can enjoy a Mediterranean swim directly in front of the villa by direct beach access reached by walking down a private stairwell ( 50 steps ), from inside the garage. The beach deck also has a beach side shower and ½ bathroom. Guests can arrive directly by boat tender.
